    Description and Requirements
    Lenovo is looking for an Inside Sales Manager Public Sector (m/f/d) . The manager of the Public Inside Sales team is responsible for managing the total customer set especially on administrative and planning tasks. He/She is in strong alignment with the F2F manager and has clear vision of LENOVO unit strategies and understands where LENOVO can impact, enhance and complement customers’ businesses. Besides the Inside Sales Manager provides guidance and counsel to the managed team of Inside Sales Account Manager and is reporting to the One Lenovo Public Sales Leader.
    This management position is ideally based in Essen, Germany or Stuttgart, Germany.

Responsibilities:

Manages, leads and encourages the aligned team
Supports the customer relationships, primarily through the F2F Sales
Maintains relationship to involved business partners
Supports cluster planning process and public specific requirements in RFPs (account planning, opportunity identification)
Responsibility for demand planning, outlook forecast planning and taking care of the reporting in appropriate tools
Responsibility for customer satisfaction, by fulfilling agreed SLAs and secure that the team is responsive
