As our business is growing rapidly, we need an additional Inside Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team.

SUMMARY

The Inside Sales & Marketing Associatewill sell products or services to our current and new customers. Sales will be sourced via online leads, email, cold calling, and lead follow-up calls. You should understand customer needs and ensure a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. You will also ensure company’s digital presence is consistent, engaging, and effective by conducting market research, updating databases, and creating content on several online platforms such as social media, the company’s website, and other web-based resources. To be successful you should be organized, be able to build instant rapport, achieve customer satisfaction and be a good listener.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-3 years’ of industry experience in a related sales position preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce an asset
  • Excellent critical thinking, customer service and problem-solving skills
  • High quality organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work long hours seated and in front of a computer.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent and Sell complete LNA line of Equipment, both new and used.
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements. Upselling services and making product recommendations.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives for further development and closure, if required.
  • Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner. Building rapport with customers.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas
  • Work data in sales force to identify sales opportunities. Ensure customer and asset information is complete and kept up to date.
  • Convert sales from new and existing leads from the data available on salesforce, track results, and report analytics.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and a social media content calendar to disseminate across all social media channels including YouTube, LinkedIn, and Email Marketing.
  • Develop and manage the online new and used equipment inventory on the company website and across online channels to drive leads and converting sales.
  • Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms to engage target audiences.
  • Analyze data to determine marketing effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
  • Assist with creating photo and video content for internal and external uses.
  • Assist in creating and promoting monthly equipment specials. Management will identify what machines will be discounted and present them as a promo. Identify target markets and approach directly.
  • Quote fleet replacement deals. Assist in creating presentations.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Perform effective demos to prospects.
  • Drive trade-in opportunities.
  • Staying informed about product and service information updates, industry trends and insights.
  • Meet walk-in sales opportunity traffic.
  • Completing all required training (ie, HR, health and safety, job specific, practical etc).
  • Reviewing the Health and Safety Policy Statement
  • Working in compliance with occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Notifying managers of any health and safety concerns, so that they may be dealt with promptly.
  • Protecting his or her own and co-workers health and safety by working in compliance with the law and with safe work practices and procedures established
  • Using appropriate personal protective equipment as required.
  • Reporting unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions to their Manager. Promoting a hazard-free workplace.
  • Performing their duties in a manner conducive to a safe workplace, following all safety practices and procedures.
  • Reporting of any incident, injury or hazard as outlined in procedures.
  • Reporting any acts of violence or harassment in the workplace.
  • Learning the Emergency Response Plan detailing their facilities procedures pertaining to: Fire, Weather, or Medical Emergency
  • Other related duties as assigned.
