The Inside Sales Representative is a quota carrying individual responsible for driving sales across the full sales lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience with B2B software sales with track record of overachieving quota.
- Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred.
- Impeccable organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage your own time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Motivated, driven and results-oriented.
- Work in a fast pace, professional environment.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails to customers in assigned territory and outside of the territory in support of upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and offering solutions and support.
- Close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Answering potential customers’ questions and discover their needs.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Ensure healthy weekly activity: calls, leads, demos, and opportunity progression.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Improve and maintain CRM account information for accurate accounts, opportunities, and contacts.
