Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned customer accounts (new customer orders, order fulfillment and supply planning, new product development, product sampling, regulatory document requirements, pricing, quality or service inquiries, etc.) by being the primary liaison between the customer and other functions within the business.
  • Maintain and grow sales pipeline through lead qualification and conversion of leads into business prospects
  • Ensure optimum customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Perform sales administration support activities for the wider sales team
