Inside Sales Representative

SKILLS AND BEHAVIORS

• Minimum of 2 years post-secondary education and 2 years of successful sales experience; Technical Diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM Plus experience
• A demonstrated desire to understand customer needs, provide personalized service and keep customers informed
• Ability to identify the problem, effectively use resources, generate alternatives, choose and implement a solution
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, both written and orally
• Ability to build effective relationships, connecting with the team and its goals
• Excellent ability to plan, schedule and prioritize tasks, and anticipate obstacles
• Demonstrate the ownership necessary for achieving desired results
• Entrepreneurial work ethic
• High degree of dependability and reliability
• Persistence, desire to take the initiative and set challenging goals, ability to work independently and drive to succeed and excel
• HVAC knowledge an asset
