If you become a Splunker, we want your whole, authentic self, what we call your “million data points”. So bring your work experience, problem-solving skills and talent, of course, but also bring your joy, your passion and all the things that make you, you.
What You Get From This Role
Our Inside Sales teams partner with Enterprise Sales to bring Splunk solutions to the most transformative companies in the world. A career at Splunk means challenging yourself and your customers to reach higher - and to have fun doing it. We are seeking a dynamic, emerging career professional to join our fast-growing team. There is a defined growth path for successful Inside Sales Representatives to be promoted throughout the sales organisation and other similar roles and marketing functions.
In this role as an Inside Sales Rep for the Finnish mid-market territory, you will showcase the ability to focus on organisational initiatives, challenges, pain points and partner with an ecosystem of System Engineers, Business Development, Channel, Field Marketing and others to orchestrate and lead projects to successful closure. We are open to hire for this position either in Helsinki or Stockholm.
You will:
Identify, qualify, progress and close pipeline for your territory by deep diving into the customer pain point and how Splunk can solve for it
Initiate and coordinate sales campaigns and motions that build customer value and enable multi-year, multi-solution transactions
Quickly establish and develop rapport with new clients
Accurately forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments and consistently deliver against that forecast
Collaborate with the Partner organisation to drive awareness and engagement in new logo acquisition
Who You Are:
Sales hunter with a can-do mentality
Competitive in nature but a strong team player
Open to new approaches and creativity
Self-disciplined and well-organised
Persistent and resilient
What You Need To Be Successful In This Role
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally for an IT solutions vendor (BI, data analytics, security software, risk management software or similar)
Fluency in Finnish and English language, both written and spoken
Ability to analyse business data to tell a compelling and actionable story
CRM knowledge (Salesforce is a plus)
Self-motivation and relentless in pursuit of creating their own success
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Confidence in handling of objections and conflict
A strong executive presence, with polish and dedication to customer outcomes
