About Our Company:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a portfolio of customers (Proximity Accounts) to maximize installed base Services revenue through remote actions with assigned customers
  • Deploy sales activities remotely (e.g. phone, Internet, e-mail systems and social media etc.) to develop and grow the Services new business revenue from the Installed Base
  • By having a proactive account management approach, he/she should be actively using all SE Services digital tools (Account Cockpit, DOF, bFO,…) in order to determine potential service leads and to maximize Services pipeline in each assigned customer account.
  • Develop customer account plans to maximize business growth through assigned accounts
  • Be the single point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Proactively contact customers and educate them on the complete Service offers
  • Report on order intake of assigned accounts
  • Maintain the Installed Base data for customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts
  • Secure customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer
  • Present Services solutions & offers through digital platforms & webinar
