About the Role

From the start, you’ll be actively involved in product roadmap planning, allowing you to gain hands-on experience and witness firsthand how a SaaS platform scales rapidly. As a valued member of our team, you’ll collaborate with the Marketing, Development, and Client Operations team to provide our clients a white glove service. You will be responsible for prospecting, dealing with client concerns and questions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the year. Your commitment to sourcing new sales opportunities with a high degree of customer service will play a crucial role in our continued success and growth.

About the candidate

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE WHO CAN:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Prospect call preparation, including company background research and other pertinent lead information.
  • Initiate and maintain regular contact with potential customers to promote and support sales objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients and respond to sales-related inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with Community Association Managers and other Property Management Professionals.
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Periodically attend in-person events, local trade shows and other related events.
  • May require local and international travel (up to 10%)

Must Haves

  • Post-secondary education in business, communications or related field
  • At least 1+ years of professional sales experience
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious, self-starter who can work proficiently independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Hubspot, and other sales tools.

Nice to have skills

  • Knowledge or experience with Property Management, Legal, or Non-for-Profit clients
  • Previous experience in call centers or similar roles as a Sales Development Representative

GetQuorum is a Toronto-based technology company that provides hosted virtual annual general meetings and electronic voting platform-as-a-service tailored to the condominium markets in Ontario, Alberta, Florida and North America. We also have a rapidly growing customer segment of not-for-profits, member associations, regulatory bodies and other organizations outside of the condominium and HOA space. Our interview process follows this sequence if you are chosen to move forward.
1. An email will be sent to successful candidates to arrange a zoom screening.
2. A 15-30 min screen with a member of our HR team.
3. Technical Assessment
4. A 60 min Interview with our CRO and Sales Ops & Business Development Manager
5. A 30 min Interview with our CEO
6. A decision is communicated, and if successful, an offer is extended
