Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a key player in supporting our Account Managers by crafting tailored proposals and driving business growth through strategic initiatives. Your role is essential in enhancing customer engagements and contributing to our sales pipeline and revenue generation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work alongside Account Managers and Service Organization to develop and refine sales proposals.
  • Drive Growth: Identify and pursue sales opportunities in your account portfolio, to fuel incremental business growth.
  • Customer Focus: Handle customer queries, estimation and provide detailed product/service information.
  • Stay Ahead: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Data-Driven: Keep our CRM tools updated with accurate customer and pipeline information.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to master our product offerings and sales techniques.
  • Team Synergy: Collaborate with the technical team to propose accurate and feasible solutions for our customers.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced: Proven experience in a customer-facing role and you have a technical background.
  • Electrician or Bachelor in Technology Management and Marine Engineering is preferred.
  • Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Danish and English; proficiency in Scandinavian language is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to understand technical products and solutions.
  • Organized: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient: Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
