Inside Sales Representative II
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Inside Sales Representative II with exceptional customer engagement skills to join our world-class sales team in Shanghai. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with customers and dealers, delivering professional and efficient parts and service. Your primary focus will be on stimulating customers’ demand and managing sales pipelines to drive sustainable organic business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers and dealers to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer requirements and successfully implement solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the scientific or healthcare industry
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
