QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a college graduate, any course.
• At least 1 year of work experience. Open to candidates with experience in customer service, sales, or as a medical representative.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong time management and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Industry knowledge and experience are desirable.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule and be based in BGC.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Inside Sales Representative: 1 year (Preferred)

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Acquire new accounts for U.S. clients by making outbound calls to gather information necessary for job creation.
• Conduct business negotiations and sales activities aimed at securing orders.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to plan strategies that guide clients through the consideration stage.
• Engage with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Communicate with clients, respond to inquiries, and follow up on leads.
• Collect client information critical to job creation.
