Inside Sales Representative
Provides service and support to smaller customers and the outside sales team. Builds strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
About the job:
- Provides support to customers and outside sales team, address product issues and errors, identifies solutions and suggests action to ensure customer satisfaction. (75%)
- Creates accurate quotations that reflect project and customer requirements as well as project specifications. (10%)
- Contacts customers after the sale to provide ongoing service and support and to resolve problems. (10%)
- Researches competitive pricing to understand market trends. (5%)
- Other duties as assigned.
About you:
- Education: Bachelor or university degree
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
