Responsibilities:
- Establish a trusted advisor role with accounts by being assertive, present and relevant.
- Researching potential customers to shape and build new business.
- Growing new business through effective communication methods including calling, incoming leads, customer meetings and emails.
- Effectively manage and prioritize a pipeline of sales opportunities, tracking their progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize the conversion of leads into paying customers.
- Providing effective account management to support your customers technology strategy, implementation, and future requirements.
- Optimise the product range penetration in each account, ensuring all cross-selling opportunities are maximised within each account.
- Effectively manage and develop customers so they develop into long term business relationships.
- Serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client’s value proposition.
- Management and achievement of monthly and quarterly sales KPI goals.
- Collaborate with the leadership team and our client to identify strategies, and processes to better achieve revenue goals.
