Description:

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Strong Hold is looking for an energetic employee that thrives in a sales environment. This person likes working in a fast pace environment, isn’t afraid of cold calling, and loves the thrill of chasing down leads. You also understand the importance of good customer service and being a team player.

In this role you will:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients or customers, following up on leads, to generate new business opportunities, establish initial contact, and identify potential needs or interests.
  • Work with customers addressing their needs by providing accurate quotes, coordinating shipping, responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling missed shipments, as well as addressing any additional customer requirements.
  • Field incoming customer calls and answering general questions by providing detailed information and prompt response.
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Travel to trade shows 1-2 times per year.
  • Back up other roles on the team, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Ability to learn multiple functions associated with the work

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
  • Ability to read and interpret basic product drawings and Bill of Materials (BOMs).

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Expert knowledge of Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

    Pay Range: $50,000 to $70,000 per year (depending on experience) and potential for quarterly bonuses!
