We are hiring a Machinery Inside Sales Representative for the Katy area market to focus on the sale of Mustang Cat’s machinery sales offerings to develop customer-driven solutions utilizing Mustang’s unique abilities as a Caterpillar authorized dealer.
INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field
- Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
- Knowledge of Cat equipment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to “think on your feet”
- Strong desire to win
- Negotiation experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
