Winning new customers one call at a time! Are you a people person gifted at making persuasive sales pitches? As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll call potential clients to learn their business and tell them how Uline can support their needs. Uline’s business is growing, creating new opportunities and job stability you can count on.

Position Responsibilities

  • Make daily sales calls to connect with potential Uline customers.
  • Document client details using Uline’s CRM software.
  • Ask insightful questions to understand prospects’ business needs and goals.
  • Learn about potential clients’ purchasing process and identify key contacts.
  • Schedule appointments for prospects with our Monterrey Sales team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
  • 2+ years inside sales / call center experience.
  • Industrial products experience preferred.
