New Relic is a leader in Intelligent Observability and we help eliminate interruptions in digital experiences.
We’re looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in our Dublin Offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career in technology sales. You’ll join a supportive and successful team of ISR’s in Dublin, and be selling to existing users of New Relic software, converting them from our free-tier to a paid subscription. The role will expose you to a wide variety of industries and organisations, with even more variety in the challenges they face. You’ll work in a fast-paced and growing business with excellent opportunities for future career growth.

What you’ll do

  • Work and manage a pipeline of inbound leads and opportunities within our free-tier customers, converting them to paid customers via subscription.
  • Have conversations with customers and prospects to help them understand and realise the benefit of New Relic and the added value subscribing provides.
  • Keep accurate and up to date records and actions in Salesforce.
  • Provide accurate and consistent pipeline and activity records for reporting.
  • Work with usage and engagement data to help shape and influence your pipeline strategy and priorities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Reps in other teams to share opportunities appropriate to their segments and focus.
  • Work closely with demand generation, marketing and channel team to increase the results in the territory.

  • Aptitude and appetite to understand complex technology and its impact.

Bonus points if you have

  • Previous experience in technology sales or sales (SDR, BDR, Account Management, Renewals)
  • Understanding of SaaS, or cloud solutions - observability would be ideal!
  • European language skills
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce
  • Previous experience of converting customers to paid subscription.
