We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate will be key in driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with customers. EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in technology or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Familiarity with telemarketing practices and techniques is advantageous.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: From $20.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
• Manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
• Communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings.
