Description:
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
To be successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma/GED
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, Including cold calling and e-mail.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to achieve targets both individually and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A good understanding of how to use CRM software such as Salesforce.com
Responsibilities:
- 30% - Working with and following up on learning curriculum leads. Reaching out to verify and qualify leads to pass on to Territory Managers
- 30% - Working with usage reports to follow-up with customers. Providing additional information and training as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- 30% - Working with Territory Managers and other departments providing feedback to improve sales process and learning curriculum functions.
- 5% - Travel; 1-2 times per year.
- 5% - Other duties as assigned.
