As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated, passionate, and results-driven individual to join our Business Development team as an Inside Sales Representative.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling and converting inbound leads generated through various marketing channels into sales opportunities. Your role involves building strong relationships, understanding the prospects’ needs, and guiding them through the sales process to drive business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in customer care or outbound sales (preferred).
- Proven ability to excel in phone-based sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client-centric solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with prospective clients.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond promptly to all inbound leads via phone and email.
- Collaborate with the customer care team to address email and phone-in leads.
- Actively monitor the inbox during working hours to ensure quick responses to inquiries.
- Handle high call volumes with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system for all client interactions.
- Coordinate daily tasks and issues for active prospects with the account coordinator.
- Assist in developing and implementing new programs for clients.
- Present new opportunities to prospects and close assigned leads.
- Gather necessary information from prospective clients to facilitate decision-making.
- Prepare, negotiate, and execute service agreements.
- Meet or exceed set business development goals and targets.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
