Job Description:
Objective: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for tailoring Schneider Electric Romania’s proposals to customer needs, managing direct channels for orders and contracts. This role also aims to ensure a proactive business approach towards customers to generate business opportunities and potential clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Higher education in a technical field (preferably Technical Engineering).
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Romanian.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to learn quickly.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Proficient in PC skills (Microsoft, Windows, ERPs).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open to an initial 1 year fixed-term contract

Responsibilities:

  • Promote Solutions: Advocate for Schneider Electric solutions and services to a dedicated number of direct and indirect accounts, being responsible for increasing Schneider Electric’s turnover using multiple sales channels.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team in Romania, supporting the sales process.
  • Customer Management: Handle technical and commercial customer requests efficiently.
  • Business Development: Identify, develop, and close business opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Data Management: Manage and monitor data related to sales opportunities and PRM, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
