JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re seeking an energetic and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the commercial and industrial segment through direct phone selling, email communications, and customer relationships.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the commercial or industrial sector.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Strong phone presence and experience in conducting multiple calls per day.
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
Experience in working with CRM systems.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate and manage customer relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and requirements.
Develop new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide suitable product solutions.
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and objectives.
Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Collaborate with the team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
Use CRM system to log all sales activity, and update client details and information.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals.
