Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Salary Range: $55,000 base; OTE $85,000+
Type: Full Time, Exempt
Location: Denver, Colorado

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the cannabis industry or CPG sector.
• Strong understanding of the cannabis market and product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)

• Schedule will vary depending on the needs of the business (Nights, Weekends, Holidays included)
• Standard office hours Monday-Friday
