Tekton Labs is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for generating, identifying and qualifying potential leads, setting appointments for the sales team, and nurturing relationships with prospects within the North America Region. This position plays a crucial role in the sales pipeline, acting as the bridge between marketing and sales, contributing to the company’s market growth.
The ideal candidate should have a background of sales, customer service, marketing, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Comfortable presenting, communicating and working with executive level audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate, identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct research and engage in conversations with prospects to assess their needs, pain points, and budget, determining if they are a good t for the company’s products or services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualied appointments or demos for the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition of leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with prospects, providing them with relevant information and resources, and addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Nurturing: Conduct a continuous nurturing effort within the CRM Database, preventing qualified leads to go cold. Support client partners keep top of mind on their strategic leads.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, sharing insights and feedback on lead quality and market trends.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in sales development, actively seeking opportunities for professional development.
