Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our talented team based in London to drive business in the Benelux and Nordics region.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving the adoption of our cutting-edge Continuous Testing Software, revolutionizing the IT industry’s DevOps practices. Your role will be collaborating with the assigned account executives in engaging, educating, and transforming how our customers deliver superior software quality to market faster than ever before.
This role is based in London and report directly to Director, Pipeline Generation

Key responsibilities:

  • Communicate the value of our platform to Enterprise and Mid-Market clients, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build a robust pipeline to meet monthly targets
  • Achieve assigned booking quotas and activity benchmarks
  • Navigate complex organizational structures, crafting ROI-focused proposals
  • Develop and execute territory plans in coordination with Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
  • Ensure utmost customer satisfaction
  • Utilize forecasting tools like Clari and manage accounts in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with channel partners for joint engagement

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable ability to source and build a Pipeline of business through a multitude of sources and with a heavy emphasis on self generation
  • Approximately 3 years of sales experience in the tech and SaaS sectors
  • Proficient in both technical and business aspects of solutions
  • Skilled in using data-driven approaches to educate potential buyers
  • Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and alignment abilities
  • Familiarity with Channels and System Integrators
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Demonstrates high integrity and professionalism
  • Fluency in English, and proficiency in local languages in the region is a big plus
