Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative proficient in Spanish to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales and maximize revenue by cultivating relationships with potential and existing customers in Spanish-speaking markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • 12 months of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in SaaS or IT services, or 6–12 months of experience in B2B sales as an individual contributor.
  • Previous experience with a software vendor, SaaS provider, or systems integrator.
  • Proven ability to prospect, conduct discovery calls, and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Strong sales acumen, emphasizing solutions-oriented approaches and a passion for exceptional customer experiences.
  • Highly collaborative, results-focused, and skilled in achieving sales targets in team settings.
  • Technologically savvy, with enthusiasm for innovative and emerging technologies.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent advocacy skills for promoting products and services, creating interest and understanding of the client’s value proposition.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical and business value propositions.
  • Outstanding sales presence and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the SME (small to medium enterprise) sector.
  • Handle a consistent flow of inbound leads from diverse channels, managing the sales pipeline and achieving KPIs to secure new business.
  • Utilize deep product expertise and a structured sales approach to streamline the sales cycle.
  • Serve as a product and service advocate, building interest and elevating awareness of the client’s unique value proposition.
  • Prioritize and manage sales opportunities effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking progress throughout the pipeline.
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives to maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates.
  • Deliver robust account management to support clients’ technology goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership and clients to develop strategies and processes aligned with revenue growth objectives.
