POSITION SUMMARY

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for managing incoming leads, providing product information, and offering solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your primary focus will be on generating sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s overall success.
This position involves relationship building with existing customers, cold calling new potential customers, following up on referrals, cross-sell referrals from other teams, and web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and presentations as needed. Work closely with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. Must be well-spoken and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:

  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years of proven experience in the Power Market Energy industry.
  • Strong understanding of Yes Energy’s products and solutions.
  • 3 years of customer-facing experience in an Inside Sales role
  • 3 years of experience working for a SaaS company
