Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities for the Inside Sales FGFD team include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Company EPC (Engineering Procurement company) registration
  • Distribution of enquiries received to the relevant channel partner.
  • Educate customers on new product launches, promotional programs, services and product information being introduced by MSA with the express purpose of generating incremental sales revenue.
  • Commercial sales support to Channel partners in alignment with Field Sales team
  • Quotation Support when requested by Field Sales team.
  • Register the sample request to the ship-to address and pass CS for the order entry.
  • Follow up trial run sample return back to Factory/Sales Office
  • Transfer the valid, qualified leads to Field Sales/Inside Sales for further Leads conversation, and update the leads owner in Salesforce
  • Support EXISTING/KNOWN CP Documentation requests (Sales Approved Customer List) - Data Sheet, Manual, Drawings, Approval Certificates, Quality Documents
  • Provide support and training to end users and channel partners by using tools such as product demos, toolbox presentations and phone calls.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Qualify and manage sales leads from industry reports, Marketo, trade shows and other sources. Follow up with assigned Sales Associate on all qualified leads.
  • Support, drive and monitor key sales opportunities with distribution and end-users. Communicate sales opportunities to sales personnel and channel partner. Track and monitor opportunities and conversions via Salesforce.
  • Support and service low volume distribution partners in alignment with Fields Sales team. Work with these channel partners to build their pipeline of MSA business and close deals.
  • Effectively engage with new customers to increase repurchase rates.
  • Drive higher levels of Customer Satisfaction by capturing Voice of the Customer (VOC) information and maintaining accurate CRM reporting.
  • Provide high-level sales support to key Strategic Accounts through account managers. Facilitate follow up with business partners to resolve major concerns and support business requirements.
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new product features, new products or new services.
  • Research and identify new methods to increase end-user and channel partner engagement and drive new streams of revenue.

Qualifications:

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor or Technical degree;
  • Languages: excellent English and other European language is a must (German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, others)
  • A proven track record working within a fast paced inside sales environment
  • A working knowledge of CRM processes and systems, preferably experience with the application salesforce.com
  • An ability to drive results and achieve stretched call, order and revenue targets
  • Proven operational and organizational competencies
  • 2 Years – FGFD/safety/gas detection industry product knowledge and/or Sales experience supporting a manufacturing or distribution business via Inbound/Outbound customer phone calls
  • 1-3 Year Demonstrated selling skills with end user/distributor management experience (preferred)
  • 1-3 Year Demonstrated capabilities of exceeding sales and profitability goals
