Description:
Responsibilities:
- Drive engagement on tesaPRO Platform for collaboration and migration.
- Continuously improve customer management effectiveness using tesaPRO.
- Take ownership of assigned LongTail customers and execute sales strategy.
- Increase sales for defined C and D customer clusters.
- Onboard customers on tesa PRO and offer 1st level support.
- Maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system.
- Leverage tesa PRO to deploy new products and secure existing business.
- Build and maintain a project pipeline with new opportunities.
- Lead management through pre-qualification by phone
- Support Sales with exceptional communication needs
- Contribute to cross-RBU best practice sharing
- Ensure compliance with internal processes
- Facilitate bigger customer activities such as: customer events, fairs, trainings, tech days etc.
- Assist sales with editing tenders and creating quotations
- Support managing Customer Portals
- Generate & implement ideas to optimize, ideally digitize core sales supporting processes
- Contribution to cross RBU best practice sharing (digitization, efficiency, and effectiveness
