Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Drive engagement on tesaPRO Platform for collaboration and migration.
  • Continuously improve customer management effectiveness using tesaPRO.
  • Take ownership of assigned LongTail customers and execute sales strategy.
  • Increase sales for defined C and D customer clusters.
  • Onboard customers on tesa PRO and offer 1st level support.
  • Maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system.
  • Leverage tesa PRO to deploy new products and secure existing business.
  • Build and maintain a project pipeline with new opportunities.
  • Lead management through pre-qualification by phone
  • Support Sales with exceptional communication needs
  • Contribute to cross-RBU best practice sharing
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes
  • Facilitate bigger customer activities such as: customer events, fairs, trainings, tech days etc.
  • Assist sales with editing tenders and creating quotations
  • Support managing Customer Portals
  • Generate & implement ideas to optimize, ideally digitize core sales supporting processes
  • Contribution to cross RBU best practice sharing (digitization, efficiency, and effectiveness
