Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist at Magic Beans in Lisbon, with flexibility for some remote work. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote setting.
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Language Skills
- Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written).
- We value other language knowledge like English, Spanish and/or French (spoken and written).
