CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed training and further training as a technical specialist / technician (m/f/d)
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience
• Experience in internal sales in a technical environment
• Confident telephone manner and close communication with customers and internal departments
• Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to closing
• Good PC skills, including quotation tools, SAP basic applications, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) and CRM experience preferred
• Fluent in English and German

• Clarification of customer requirements in coordination with customers and key account managers
• Creating parts of an overall offer
• Presenting and communicating information to customers
• Answering customer questions and follow-up requests
• Collaborating with the sales team
• Receiving customer orders
• Carrying out product presentations
