We are looking for an experienced IT Inside Sales Support Representative to join our growing & dynamic team.
As an IT Inside Support Representative at MSP Corp Powered by Groupe Access, reporting to the Team Lead for Inside Support, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. We are seeking an individual who not only meets but exceeds expectations, embodying a strong work ethic, teamwork, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive price quotes for IT products and services.
  • Collaborate with vendors to obtain pricing information and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Source IT hardware, software, and services from various vendors.
  • Evaluate suppliers and negotiate procurement contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Help build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Help address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about the latest IT products, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on the best solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to streamline order processing workflows.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance against targets.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, trends, and opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from lead to closure.
  • Prioritize and strategize to maximize revenue generation.
