Description:

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record of target achievement
  • Solid leadership skills with experience in motivating an international team to ensure a high performance
  • Leading by example to achieve the corporate goals
  • Confidence and willingness to utilise tech and AI to achieve the business development goals
  • Ability to identify and implement workflow improvements
  • Fluent in both German and English

Responsibilities:

  • Manager the sales team by setting realistic goals and monitoring their performance
  • Create and develop sales strategies that lead to increased revenue
  • Keep the team spirit and output high while managing remote sales staff in different countries
  • Work closely with other teams (like tech and marketing) to ensure the best customer experience and effective sales strategies
  • Lead the growth of new international markets
  • Own the B2B function of the business (as well as the B2C strategy)
