Description:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record of target achievement
- Solid leadership skills with experience in motivating an international team to ensure a high performance
- Leading by example to achieve the corporate goals
- Confidence and willingness to utilise tech and AI to achieve the business development goals
- Ability to identify and implement workflow improvements
- Fluent in both German and English
Responsibilities:
- Manager the sales team by setting realistic goals and monitoring their performance
- Create and develop sales strategies that lead to increased revenue
- Keep the team spirit and output high while managing remote sales staff in different countries
- Work closely with other teams (like tech and marketing) to ensure the best customer experience and effective sales strategies
- Lead the growth of new international markets
- Own the B2B function of the business (as well as the B2C strategy)
