POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales & Warehouse Coordinator to join our Langley team. This role is key to ensuring an exceptional customer experience by providing outstanding sales support, fostering strong relationships with contractors, and assisting with warehouse operations. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to our success by helping our customers get the right products and services they need, when they need them.

• Willingness to work Saturdays (April – September)
• Flexibility to work across ProSource branches in Burnaby and Vancouver as needed

• Drive counter sales, with a focus on outdoor living products
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, shipping, and delivery timelines
• Accurately process customer orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy in our system
• Fulfill customer orders efficiently, selecting and preparing products from the warehouse
• Stock and organize inventory to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Operate a forklift safely for loading, unloading, and moving inventory
• Engage in ongoing learning through our ProSource University
• Become a go-to expert on our product offerings, ready to offer knowledgeable solutions to customer needs
