Join our dynamic team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as an Inside Sales Representative - Technical Sales Specialist (Molecular Biology & Sample Prep)! This is an ideal opportunity for someone that wants to start their career in sales or is looking to develop further within our exciting industry! We are looking for someone who has a curiosity about science, practical lab experience and has proven a sales agility, but may lack sales experience in the Life Sciences industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales within a defined territory (Central Europe - Germany, Austria, Switzerland), focusing on the Molecular Biology and Sample Prep portfolios. The successful candidate will use product features and benefits to identify and qualify leads, initiate the sales process, and effectively promote the Company’s products and services to exceed the assigned territory sales plan. The primary objective of the position is to build positive relationships with customers virtually to achieve sales.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to travel within territory approximately 20% of the time.
