As a Insight Analyst - Customer Experience you will be responsible for the reporting and analysis of customer feedback including reviews, complaints and surveys. You will work closely with Operations and Brand / Marketing Teams to help identify painpoints in the customer experience. You will be the catalyst for change and improvements in the Customer Experience in Greene King’s portfolio of pubs and restaurants.

Job Description

• Gather, combine and analyse data from various sources, including Surveys, Reviews, Complaints and sales data
• Interpret, visualise and communicate data to draw meaningful conclusions and actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate the effect of actions taken.
• Administer and evolve data gathering tools such as Reputation and Qualtrics.
