Responsibilities:

RAC have a fantastic opportunity for an Insight Analyst with strong analytical & problem-solving skills to join our dynamic Group Customer & Marketing team, in Bristol on a permanent basis. This role will be delivered on a flexible hybrid model of working three days from home and two days at our Bradley Stoke office.
We are seeking a data-driven individual to join our dynamic Insight Analysts team, with a primary focus on customer retention. In this role, you will analyse and report on data from multiple projects, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in customer retention. Your responsibilities will include translating customer insights into actionable recommendations, influencing strategic decisions, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and collaborative spirit will be essential for ensuring data-informed decision-making across the team.
Additionally, you will support the delivery of seamless customer experiences within the MyRAC app, aligning with our strategy and commercial objectives. You will ensure that RAC can track and measure customer interactions with the mobile app, including auditing and reviewing the deployment of tags.

What You’ll Do…

  • Gather and analyse user data from various sources to understand customer behaviour and present recommendations to influence customer retention.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform the retention strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end tagging process from request to deployment.
  • Guide product development teams in the implementation tagging within their product set, including QA, debugging and support through to implementation and reporting
  • Quantify the impact of decisions on key business metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure data-informed decision-making.
  • Be recognised as an analytics expert, adding tangible value to business areas
  • Clear and concise communication: able to get complex data stories across with ease and confidence
