Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Insight Manager will report directly to Senior Insight Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the following;

  • Commissioning and managing research projects, ensuring they are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
  • Translating stakeholder requests into effective research briefs and managing research agency relationships.
  • Analysing quantitative and qualitative data, including complex datasets, to provide objective insights.
  • Developing and presenting compelling stories through reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify evidence gaps and insight opportunities.
  • Ensuring research materials and deliverables meet project objectives and business needs.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

You will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience;

  • Relevant experience in research, ideally with experience of researching children and young people
  • Ability to manage both ongoing tracking projects and ad hoc qualitative and quantitative studies.
  • Proficient in research design, questionnaire development, fieldwork management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in resolving issues and managing third-party agencies.
  • Proficiency in analysing data using Excel, SPSS or similar, and experience
  • Excellent analytical and influencing skills to present complex information to various audiences.
