This is a hybrid role where you will work out of the Wirral Office but must be prepared to also work on client site, from home and other ICE offices to deliver the needs of the role.

Salary Range: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.

What you’ll do?
As our Insight Research Manager, you will:
· . This will involve a blend of:
o producing project deliverables (like project initiation documents, analysis plans, discussion guides, reports and presentations).
o working collaboratively to produce deliverables (e.g. co-authored reports).
o in-person and virtual facilitation and presentations (e.g. facilitating large stakeholder workshops, leading face-face client presentation of findings).
o reviewing, providing strategic direction, quality assurance and constructive feedback to ensure the final deliverables meet the client brief.
· , including qualitative, quantitative, and evaluation approaches, to design, implement, and evaluate projects.
· , handling resource planning and overseeing the management and delivery of multiple concurrent projects. Support team performance, set targets, and drive professional development to ensure continued growth.
· , from defining clear briefs and scopes to ensuring projects run according to agreed terms. Confidently manage scope changes, mitigate risks, and resolve issues while ensuring all deliverables meet quality, time, and budget expectations.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wirral, CH41 5L

Responsibilities:

· Ensure that cover is provided during any absences monthly or as required and report any concerns.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience of managing a highly performing service-based team.
  • The role requires at least 5 year’s industry experience of using mixed research methods, turning complex findings into actionable, practical recommendations and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Strong client relationship management, bid writing, and a commercial mindset are also essential.
  • Understanding of behaviour change techniques.
  • Travel - you will be travelling to community locations when appropriate for meetings, supervisions etc so own car is essential.
  • IT literate and able to confidently use online methods of communication.
  • You will also need to have a good eye for detail and be accurate with data input and reporting.
