Description:

INSIGHTS CAPABILITY MANAGER

The Consumer Health division of Bayer S.P.A. is looking for a brilliant and experienced Insights Capability Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead deployment and manage Brand Health Tracking (BHT), Penetration measurement and Post Campaign Launch Tracking (PLT) Programs to ensure timely delivery of quality data & insights to stakeholders.
  • Enable enterprise-wide access to platform with Brand health KPIs (long term Brand equity and short-term brand salience/consumer buzz, brand sentiment) to build stronger brands with clarity of positioning, strong differentiation and meaningfully relevant for people.
  • Ensure alignment on key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for campaign success, such as Ad recall, Message cut through, Creative asset quality performance, media reach, engagement, brand lift and purchase intent.
  • Own the process to proactively engage with cross functional teams (Brand/Category Insights and Analytics, Marketing teams) to align on the project brief & business questions, inputs in the data collection questionnaire, report content across multiple markets and brands
  • Co-lead meta-analysis of data and insights contributing to the expansion of enterprise-wide insights and learnings.
  • Drive Operational Effectiveness across all enablers (people, tools, processes): create frictionless connections of BHT data with other intelligence platforms/dashboards to maximize data ROI, and drive change management initiatives
  • Manage agency partner relationships, assuring top agency talent, to amplify best practices, bring the outside in, and identify next practices to elevate the impact of the measurement program
