ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in PR, Communications, Journalism, English, or Marketing is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Executive-level presentation abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues
• Proven ability to build and influence relationships with stakeholders, clients and vendors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with good judgment, capable of taking initiative and knowing when to seek guidance

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborates with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to customers.
• Contributes to quality control in reporting processes.
• Coordinates and manages projects in collaboration with delivery and commercial teams.
• Responds to time-sensitive client queries and maintains proactive communication between service reviews.
• Supports client communications during account and project ramp-up, including gathering briefs and providing client training.
• Assists in preparing client presentations by supporting the development of findings and recommendations.
