Description:

FULL TIME, MAT COVER - 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 per annum + company bonus scheme + 27 days holiday (+ birthday off & one half day off per quarter + Bank Holidays)
Working: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Location: Hybrid Role - 2 days from home and 3 days in our Leeds Head Office!
We are looking for a Insights Executive to help our clients overcome business challenges through transforming data into actionable insights and helping to drive thought leadership in the retail media industry.
You will provide analysis and recommendations to retailers and brands, and help GIG Retail develop and improve our data and analytics solutions that deliver that objective effectively. As an insight executive, your primary focus will be on the delivery of post campaign reporting to agreed service level agreements for our clients.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide post campaign analysis with recommendations to brands to inform future retail media activations.
  • Help improve reporting methodologies, processes and solutions to help clients understand their campaign and media performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and processes.
  • Work closely with clients to manage ad-hoc data requirements and reporting requests.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics and insight, continuously spotting opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Take ownership of team administration, including compiling process notes, maintaining data feeds and carrying out general house-keeping duties for the reporting and insights team.
  • Where required, help provide broader insight to influence client strategies and decisions, synthesising insight from multiple sources. For example, this might consider sources such as holistic / trends in campaign performance, competitor activity, consumer behaviour, category and market trends.
