Description:
We have an opportunity for an Insights Executive to manage and execute research projects across various client-focused domains, including online insight communities, consumer panels, brand health tracking, and more. This role requires a meticulous project manager with a flair for client service, adept at handling multiple projects under tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality output. Reporting to the Insights Lead, the ideal candidate will support client needs, timelines and deliver actionable insights.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client and Industry Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of client business and industry landscapes.
- Desk Research: Conduct and summarize desk research as needed.
- Proposals & Costing: Prepare proposals and budgets with guidance from senior team members.
- Project Setup and Monitoring: Oversee community/panel profiling, recruitment, and survey design, ensuring alignment with optimal distribution.
- Project Management: Define deliverables, monitor timelines, allocate tasks, and communicate with clients on project status.
- Questionnaire Development: Design questionnaires, ensure proper translations, source necessary artwork/logos, and conduct testing.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop analytical plans, manage data weighting, compile detailed reports, and design online dashboards.
- Community/Panel Health Management: Regularly update profiling questionnaires, manage community health metrics, and perform data purging.
- Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with survey software capabilities (Sparq/MARU/Alchemer/Dooblo) and any necessary research applications.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of project management and 1-2 years of market research experience.
- Education: Degree in Economics, Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Science, Research, Statistics, or Business (Postgraduate qualification preferred).
- Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written), proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
