As part of the Development & Marketing Services department, the Insights team invests time in securing and creating the highest industry standards of data collection, management, analysis and reporting.
The Development and Marketing Services department provides clear recommendations to all stakeholders for the development of UEFA Men’s Club Competitions (UMCCs) formats, schedules, commercial concepts and brands. Through continual monitoring and assessment of the competitions and associated rights, we ensure their effective ongoing implementation.
Responsibilities:
As Insights Executive, you will be an integral part of the Insights team, contributing to the identification, assessment, and exploration of opportunities to expand and/or improve TEAM’s services and operations. You will play a key role in analysing and reporting on the performance of the UMCCs and related commercial partner assets. You will report to the Insights Manager.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Support the collection, aggregation and reporting of data for media, consumer and digital research projects as part of UMCCs Research Programme.
- Provide data and insights support for the Sales & Partnerships teams, UEFA, and UEFA’s commercial partners.
- Support in managing vendor relationships with research suppliers.
- Generate actionable reports utilising data collected from a variety of sources for client presentations.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify potential industry trends and insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting for internal clients as requested.
- Support regular audits and troubleshooting to ensure data reliability.
- Remain up to date on issues and trends in marketing, with an emphasis on measurement and reporting.
- Test new research methodologies and BI/data management tools.
- Manage third-party BI subscriptions, including sharing data and insights with relevant departments.
