Friel Stafford is building for the future. We are now seeking an ambitious and experienced Insolvency Senior to join our team in Dublin 2. The successful candidate will become a key member of our vibrant team of insolvency professionals, accountants, and professional advisors.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director the role will include:
Managing a small team of insolvency professionals and trainee accountants on assignments such as Creditors Voluntary Liquidations, Members Voluntary Liquidations, and other insolvency arrangements to ensure assigned work meets required deadlines and quality expectations.
Carrying out investigations into the collapse of businesses.
Realising assets and collecting debtors owing to companies.
Distributing dividends in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Be the senior point of contact for all stakeholders in each case, including the shareholders, directors, and creditors.
Corresponding with Banks, Revenue Commissioners, Legal Advisors and other creditors and stakeholders.
Producing reports to the Corporate Enforcement Authority, Stakeholders and Creditors.
Preparing Revenue basic tax returns with oversight from Tax Department when necessary.
Handling of employees’ claims.
Contributing to initial meetings with Directors.
