Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Comprehensive Inspections
Examine the condition of a home’s structure, systems, and components, including the roof, foundation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more, to identify potential issues.
2. Prepare Detailed Inspection Reports
Document findings in a clear, comprehensive report that outlines any defects, safety concerns, or maintenance needs. These reports are typically shared with clients for review.
3. Identify Safety Hazards
Highlight potential safety risks, such as faulty wiring, structural weaknesses, or hazardous materials (e.g., mold or asbestos), ensuring clients are aware of immediate concerns.
4. Provide Professional Recommendations
Offer advice on necessary repairs, maintenance, or specialist consultations to address identified issues, helping clients make informed decisions.
5. Adhere to Industry Standards and Regulations
Follow local, state, or national regulations and ethical standards for home inspections to ensure accuracy and professionalism. This includes staying updated on building codes and best practices.
6. Report to Franchise owner and sustain a professional working supportive relationship with Franchise Regionals and Agents, Clients, and contractors within community.
7. Follow and adhere to the companies Systems, professional protocols and standards.

Requirements:

• Incorporated: this is a sub contractor position. Ie: hold own insurance and pay your own taxes. Candidates will be set up with all franchise discounts.
• Carson Dunlop Certificate complete
• Trade background considered an asset
• Computer and software comprehensive

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130.00-$1,000.00 per day
