Job Description
We’re looking for an Account Executive, Install Base, Commercial, to join Procore’s Sales team.
In this role, you’ll apply an understanding of Procore’s products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques to maximise account renewals and expansion opportunities. You’ll collaborate across Customer Success, Sales and Product to maintain and expand our customer base.
This position reports to our Install Base Sales Manager and will be based in our Dublin office. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of business of existing clients to effectively renew and expand accounts through co-sell and upsell activities and mitigate churn
  • Build and execute quarterly plans for targeted key growth accounts, build out organization charts to identify key decision makers within these accounts
  • Work with internal resources ( Customer Success, Presales, Professional Services & Revenue Operations) to maximize expansion opportunities for new Procore products & Services
  • Partner with Customer Success to develop renewal plans to maximize expansion and help introduce new usage, tools, and products to current clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and follow up for customer feedback
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations via phone, web-demo and in person. Following up with the customer for feedback
  • Research accounts, identify key champions, generate interest and obtain business requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested
  • Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers
  • Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce
  • Coordinate internal resources to solve client’s issues and execution of service agreements
  • Organize and participate in customer events and webinars to create awareness of Procore and our solutions
  • Quarterly travel to client onsite visits
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
