QUALIFICATIONS & ABILITIES

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in arranging flights and hotel bookings:
  • Ability to research and secure optimal travel options based on cost and convenience.
  • Experience booking accommodations that align with team needs and budget.
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and effective negotiation skills.
  • Skill in managing changes or cancellations smoothly.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Make travel arrangements including flights and accommodation bookings for the installation team according to the installation schedule.
  • Calculate and verify travel allowance for the installation team.
  • Record time schedule and job progress for the installation team.
  • Verify contractors’ labor hours and other expenses.
  • Handle ad hoc arrangement of installation schedule for emergency case.
  • Other duties as assigned.
