QUALIFICATIONS & ABILITIES
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficiency in arranging flights and hotel bookings:
- Ability to research and secure optimal travel options based on cost and convenience.
- Experience booking accommodations that align with team needs and budget.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms and effective negotiation skills.
- Skill in managing changes or cancellations smoothly.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Make travel arrangements including flights and accommodation bookings for the installation team according to the installation schedule.
- Calculate and verify travel allowance for the installation team.
- Record time schedule and job progress for the installation team.
- Verify contractors’ labor hours and other expenses.
- Handle ad hoc arrangement of installation schedule for emergency case.
- Other duties as assigned.
