Since 2012, we have developed, manufactured, installed, and maintained a wide range
of EV charging equipment. Today, we enjoy an international reputation for quality, reliability, and cutting-edge technology in this fast-growing and exciting sector.
The Role
We are looking for an Installation & Maintenance Manager to oversee our EV charger
installation and maintenance operations across Ireland. This role involves managing a team
of technicians, ensuring high installation standards, and maintaining strong client
relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management: Supervise and support the EV installation & maintenance team.
Scheduling: Plan and coordinate maintenance technicians’ work schedules.
Site Surveys: Conduct site visits and assessments.
Client Liaison: Communicate with clients during installations.
Contractor Coordination: Work with electrical and civil contractors to ensure high-
quality installations.
Quality Control: Maintain precise records of installations, test results, and site
reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Fully qualified electrician (FETAC Level 6 or equivalent) with 5+ years of post-
qualification experience.
Minimum 2 years’ management experience (electrical foreman or chargehand).
Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
Ability to take direction and learn quickly.
Commitment to high-quality work standards.
Experience in the EV industry is an advantage but not essential.
Good communication and customer-facing skills.
Well-mannered, reliable, and presentable.
Additional Requirements
Full driving licence.
Valid Manual Handling Certificate & Safe Pass.

Pay: €40,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
