Please note this position will be based out of our Etobicoke office.

We are looking for a meticulous, people-focused, driven individual with effective communication skills to ensure that our customers continue to receive the absolute best customer experience from our team from start to finish. • Drive to various customer sites to perform installations
• Install all associated fibre optic equipment for Residential & Commercial Customers (Internet, VoIP, IPTV)
• Install, test, troubleshoot and repair as required to Beanfield standards
• Responsible for providing excellent customer service and educating customers on products and services
• Ensure the vehicle, test equipment, and tools are maintained in good working condition
• Collect “as builds” information in a timely manner
• Administrative duties such as updating tickets, and reports with detailed, accurate information
• All other duties as assigned.
